Do I need to be in shape to start?
We don't expect you to keep up with the world-class competitors on day one. Our instructors will help you pace yourself. If you need to sit out a round or take a breather, that’s perfectly fine. We prioritize longevity and safety over intensity.
How does the trial class work?
You will have a basic introduction to fundamental movements in a safe environment, closely accompanied by a qualified instructor.
What modalities do you offer?
We specialize in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) for adults and children, and we also offer high-performance Muay Thai classes.
Do I need to bring a kimono to my first class?
For your first complimentary class, we will provide a clean kimono for you. Just come with light clothes underneath.
